Let the blank cool slightly until you can just barely touch it. This will be 10 to 20 seconds.

Make sure the PNP fragment is clean of dust and debris. This stuff appears to be a magnet for lint and whatnot, so brush it off carefully.

Then carefully place the PNP, dull side down, on top of the blank, centering it as much as possible. The residual heat from the last step will help adhere the sheet.
