Step 4: Cutting out the main shape

Here I've used the jigsaw again, more carefully this time, to cut out the outer rectangle. When cutting metal with a jigsaw, it's a really good idea to create a starting notch with a Dremel or file or something similar, or the saw will likely jump around on you.

It ain't perfect, but it will do.
