Modifying a TS9 to TS808
Step 13: Inserting the new resistor

Bend the resistor leads to approximate the bending of the original resistor (this is known as a "standing" resistor, where it does not lie flat against the board). Insert it into the holes left by the resistor you removed.

Resistors have no polarity, so don't worry about which end is which.

The 470 ohm resistor gets replaced with the 100 ohm, and the 100k gets replaced with the 10k. If you're not familiar with resistor color codes, use a color code calculator.
